Welcome to New Members –  Betty Fisher

Bill Welsh – Bill has been running for over 70 years and has had a few good races as a Millrose A.A. club member.  The group won several Met AAU Titles and a few Nationals. His best marathons were two Bostons in the top 20 and a personal best of 2:34 at Atlantic City. On Staten Island he won the local AAU 3 mile championship 10 years and ran two races annually for more than 60 years. As a coach he had a 76 Olympian who jumped 7-5 3/4 and a 3:58 miler, also a 64' shot putter and a 15' pole vaulter.  Other than that life and running has been a lot of fun. His goal in life ‘is to keep up with Shirley P. and Diane Stone. But that's just a dream.

 Welcome to the Rose City Runners!

We meet Saturday mornings at 8:30AM (9:00AM winter months, daylight savings time change) at the duck pond entrance of Loantaka Park.

See you all Saturday at 8:30AM.  Starting November 12, the meeting time is 9 AM.
