Welcome to New Members –  Geri O’Brien

 Please welcome Geriann Smith and Thomas Slocum 

Geriann lives in East Hanover and is a commercial lender for a local bank.  She is married and she and her husband have three children.  Geriann only started running last year and already hopes to do a 15K, then a ½ marathon next year. 

Thomas is clerking for a state appellate judge and will start practicing law with a firm in Newark in September.  He likes running ½ marathons and is hoping to qualify for Boston at when he runs at Steam Town.  Thomas runs many of the NYRR events in NYC and he recently completed his first triathlon. 

Whether trying to qualify for the Boston Marathon or working up to your first ½ marathon, you will be inspired by the advice and support of the other RCR runners.  So, we invite you all to come out and enjoy a run in the woods.
